Eileen’s Special Cheesecake, open Monday-Friday from 8AM – 9PM and weekends from 10AM – 7PM, was never meant to be. The original company was wholesale only, but the smells created a stir that led to patrons knocking on the doors of the non-retail bakery until the proprietors realized that they had to sell directly to the public. Thankfully open to the public today, patrons are afforded dozens of flavors and sizes as well as mousses and cupcakes.
