Located a bridge away from the mainland, City Island is a small maritime community at the edge of New York just past the Pelham bay park in the Bronx. Started as a Dutch community in the 1600’s, City Island has a long maritime tradition and has produced 7 America Cup winning yachts. Antiques and art dealers are abundant as well as a thriving restaurant industry which fills to capacity most weekends.
