Jackson Heights compromises the northwest corner of the borough of Queens NY and was originally laid out as a master planned community beginning around 1916. It is believed to be among the first “Garden City Communities” built in the United States with numerous private parks located within close proximity to one another. Home to one of the most diverse populations in New York City and within close commuting distance to Manhattan, Jackson Heights is home to both large Asian and South American populations.
